RESPONSIBILITIES

Over a period of 18 to 24 months, you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the different business and functional units of BASF Coatings and gain extensive insights into our innovation and digitalization area. Simultaneously, you will build a broad network throughout the company.

• Together with you, we plan three to four rotational stations in which you will take on both operational and strategic tasks in digital business, e.g. Digital Incubation Unit, Digital Business Solutions or Global Digitalization - Marketing.
• Right from the start, you will be given independent responsibility for projects supporting our team in various areas. As a result, you are ideally prepared for your future target function, which we also define together with you.
• You contribute actively to the strategic development of new business areas and support our digital (marketing) units in implementing the digital strategy for our business units. This involves using digital tools, agile working methods and innovation techniques to develop and drive forward business ideas.
• Considering travel guidelines, an assignment of three to six months abroad or in another business unit is an integral part of the program.
• We are flexible in coordinating the preferred start date with you.
